Thank you for your interest in Scrapaneers products. These Terms of Use (TOU) govern the usage of classes, add-ons, and services (Page Design Strategies) by Scrapaneers (Neers).

In purchasing, downloading and using Page Design Strategies by Neers, you agree to comply with the Neers TOU and are bound by any subsequent changes. Neers retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change the TOU for all Page Design Strategies at anytime. Please read it carefully before using strategies, templates and add-ons hosted by Scrapaneers.

  • It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without permission of the copyright owner. Any dispute concerning Page Design Strategies by Tiffany Emanuel will be resolved through arbitration in the State of Texas, and Texas (and federal) law will apply.

Personal License and Authorized Usage

In purchasing Page Design Strategies by Scrapaneers, you are granted license to use the material for your PERSONAL USE ONLY and the following conditions apply: 

You MAY NOT:

  • Redistribute, share, loan, sub-license or resell material individually or as part of a collection. 
  • Reproduce, copy or claim any material or its derivatives as your own work. 
  • Engage in pornographic, racial or other offensive activities and associated purposes. 
  • Exploit material for the purposes of promoting other digital products or designs. 

You MAY:

  • Develop personal layouts and share completed layouts for the purposes of publication in magazines, idea books, trade newsletters, e-zines; to upload and share in Internet galleries, message boards, blogs or photo storage sites.

Commercial License

Commercial licenses for the use of Page Design Strategies by Neers is prohibited including for the purposes of photography, S4O (Scrapbook for Others), Scrap 4 Hire, web designers, artists ad crafters without expressed written permission.
